Racing look for the power sedan

Tags

The C 63 from Mercedes-AMG is - especially in the even more powerful S-version - a true highway hero. 510 hp and 700 Newtonmeter let even various supersporters on the left track starve. No reason, however, for performance and optics do not help a bit. That was also the Mercedes specialists from Carlsson from Saarlouis, who now offer an upgrade to the "CC63S".

625 horsepower and 825 newton meters
Let's take a look at the engine-side changes. The Saarland tuner is extracting 115 bhp and 125 newton meters from the V8 twin turbofan engine. Thus performance and torque increase to a whopping 625 hp, respectively 825 Newtonmeter. The 0-100 time drops from 4.0 to 3.8 seconds, and the top speed increases from the factory's electronically limited 250 rpm to 320 km / h. In order to bring the newly gained power to the road, Carlsson is assembling new rims in light or dark finish, which are related to Michelin's ultra-high-performance tires.

Carbon-Aero package
In addition to the Motortuning, a large aerodynamic package made of carbon is part of the modification scope of the CC63S. For 18,990 euros, there is a front spoiler lip, air ducts, large air ducts on the front bumper, exhaust fins, an air outlet cover on the rear apron, a rear spoiler and a rear apron insert including diffuser. If that is too strong, you can also access the narrower kit without screens, fender racks and air outlet cover. Carlsson then also asks "only" 11,990 euros. A sports exhaust system made of stainless steel with manual flap control completes the picture.

Racing accents in the interior
The Saarlander also set racing accents in the interior. With a traditional checkered pattern and blue nappa leather and Alcantara parts, the CC63S is reminiscent of the legendary star racer, such as the 300D wing sill or the beautiful Uhlenhaut coupé.
