560 hp. This is what a normal Porsche 991 Turbo S brings to the road - also as a convertible. This is, above all, already a word in connection with the standard all-wheel drive. But what if the Stuttgart horses are getting too boring? Go to Wimmer Rennsporttechnik. They have pumped up the power cabrio now properly. The results are impressive.

840 hp and 860 newton meters
The engine specialists from Solingen examined the entire electronics of the six-cylinder engine and replaced the standard software with an improved program. New turbochargers, sports camshafts and a charge air cooler were also installed. In addition, cylinder heads, connecting rods, pistons, gasoline pumps, intake troughs, throttle valves and air filters have been replaced by performance-promoting parts. Finally, a stainless steel exhaust system with sports kats and electronic flap control was installed. The cost of the engine room amounts to 52,500 euros. A lot of money, which also frees a lot of performance. 840 hp, 860 Newtonmeter, 364 km / h top speed and a 0-100 acceleration in 2.6 seconds are already very fast.

310,000 euros for the whole package
In order to accustom the other areas of the 991 Turbo S Convertible to the brutal performance, Wimmer offers the installation of a KW coilover for 5.850 Euro as well as an optimization of the PDK gearbox for 6.400 Euro. Whoever is too lazy now to add all the conversion costs can also purchase the modified turbo simply as a total package at Wimmer. You only have to transfer 310,000 euros to the account of the Solinger and the mail goes off. The pop-orange foil is even included.
